This place is home to Zimbabwe’s second highest peak, Chimanimani mountains, perfect for hiking. There are numerous attractions in Chimanimani National Park, of notable is the Bridal Veil waterfall, and close to the town is the Arboretum, Green Mount and Pork Pie Eland sanctuary– all offering attractive walks and vantage points from which to take in the wonderful views of surrounding countryside. The beautiful Tessa’s Pool is situated on the verge of the National Park but on the premises of the Outward-Bound Adventure facility. There are unique waterfalls- the corner camp with perfect picnic sites. Though hit so hard by the cyclone Idai, it’s still a marvel for the adventurous.
