Eastern Highlands Hiking Experience

Day 1

The tour starts in Harare where our guide will pick you up at Robert Mugabe International Airport. This 4day and 5nights hiking tour of Eastern Highlands covers interesting sites in Nyanga and Honde valley. Upon arrival, you will be picked up at Robert Gabriel International Airport to your hotel. Dinner/Overnight.

Day 2

Breakfast and depart for Eastern Highlands, Nyanga. Upon arrival, guests check in, lunch is served. Start the tour with a visit to the Worlds View so beautiful panoramic views. Enjoy sundowner, transfer to your hotel, Dinner and overnight.

Day 3

Wake up to the beauty of Nyanga, visit and hike the country highest peak, Mt Nyangani at 2593m at its peak. Lunch is served at the Natural swimming pool within Nyanga National Park. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic views, streams of water and natural waterfalls as you hike to the summit. Tour the spectacular Nyangombe falls and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Transfer back to the lodge. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 4

Visit and tour Mtarazi falls, the second highest waterfall in Africa at 762m. Enjoy the only skywalk in Zimbabwe and one of the highest ziplines in the world. It’s the thrill, the adrenalin, the magnificent views and excitement that draws visitors to this adventure. Lunch is served at Mtarazi falls-braai. Proceed to Honde valley, drive through the stunning views of the tea estates, arrive at your lodge, check in and refresh. Dinner and Overnight.

Day 5

Tour continues in Honde Valley where visitors will have an opportunity to view the stunning views of the tea Estates. This will include a tour of the tea factory and tea tasting, the tree canopy tour, birding, nature walk and fishing at Wamba dam. Lunch, Nature walk, Dinner and overnight.

Day 6

Transfer back to Harare – Robert Gabriel Mugabe airport for your flight.
