Depart Harare and transfer to Vumba. Check in freshen up. Start the adventure with a tour of the Vumba botanical gardens- optional activities include cycling and horse riding. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2
Wake up to the beauty of Vumba, renowned for its misty mountains and nature. Breakfast and proceed to Chimanimani. Arrive, check in and tour of Bridal veil falls and hike to the source. Lunch is served- braai. Transfer to the lodge, refresh. Dinner and Overnight.
Day 3 & 4
The day’s major highlight is hiking to Chimanimani Mountains, a perfect hiker’s paradise. For the 2days, you will hike the magnificent Chimanimani Mountains, a massive barrier of ancient and jagged crystalline rock forming the border with Mozambique. The breathtaking beauty and pristine environment of these mountains have always drawn adventurous travelers.
Our knowledgeable guides within this area will make your trip enjoyable. Known for its peace and tranquility, it’s also the ideal location for the truly adventurous. Explore spectacular hiking trails, crystal waterfalls, breathtaking landscapes and the deepest quartzite caves in Africa. Accommodation for day 3 is camping, tents, sleeping bags, food and refreshments are provided.
